World Heritage in Kiribati

The world heritage in Kiribati (as of 2016) includes a cultural heritage site of the UNESCO World Heritage . The island nation of Kiribati in the South Pacific joined the World Heritage Convention in 2000, and the only World Heritage site to date was added to the World Heritage List in 2010.

Tentative list

The sites that are intended for nomination for inclusion in the World Heritage List are entered in the tentative list . Currently (2016) there are no sites on the Kiribati tentative list. A previously registered site has already been included in the world heritage.
