Vladimir Jelissejewitsch Lobanok ( Russian Владимир Елисеевич Лобанок * June 20 jul. / 3. July  1907 greg. Ostrow, Ujesd Igumen , Minsk province , Russian Empire ; † 4. November 1984 in Minsk , Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic ) was a Soviet politician the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), which was inter alia between 1976 and 1977 acting chairman of the presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Belarusian SSR .

Vladimir Yelissejewitsch Lobanok, who became a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) in 1930 , graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy and after graduating in 1931 became first an agronomist and later assistant to the People's Commissar for Agriculture of the Belarusian SSR. In 1933 he became an agricultural and economist in the representation of the Soviet People's Commissariat for Agricultural Cooperatives in the Belarusian SSR and in 1934 director of an agricultural college, before he became director of the agricultural college in Smolensk in 1939 . For his outstanding services and courage as leader of the guerrilla brigade in the fight against the troops of fascist Germany , he was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union by a decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR . In April 1944 Lobanok led the strongest attacks against the largest hostile movements of the German units, which with 60,000 soldiers outnumbered the 18,000 guerrilla members.
