Wolfram Rosemann

Wolfram Rosemann (born August 9, 1925 in Rüthen , † late 2013 in Aachen ) was a German radio play director and author.

Life

Wolfram Rosemann was the son of the dialect poet Heinrich Rosemann . After studying theater studies , German and art history , he received his doctorate in philosophy. From 1954 to 1987 the department "Westphalian radio play" within the Westdeutscher Rundfunk was under Rosemann's direction. From 1958 until the late 1980s, he was responsible for almost 200 radio play productions for the WDR as a director. In addition, Rosemann wrote some radio plays in the 1990s and published poems in Westphalian Platt under the title Spiellwiärks .

Wolfram Rosemann lived for a long time in Cologne and later in Aachen, where he died in 2013.
