The 1984/85 season was the third edition of the highest English women's ice hockey league , the Women's English League . The league is run by the English Ice Hockey Association , the English association under the umbrella of the British ice hockey association Ice Hockey UK . The championship winner, the Peterborough Ravens, received the Chairman's Cup .

All teams played a simple round with a return leg. There was no relegation.
