This year, the two teams in the lower places had to go into relegation to stay in the league. There they played against the two group winners of the North and South divisions. The exact results are not known. Eventually, both the Solihull Vixens and the Basingstoke Bison Ladies had to relegate. For this, the Kingston Diamonds and the Cardiff Comets returned to the Premier League.
