The 2014/15 season was the 33rd edition of the highest English women's ice hockey league , the Women's Premier Ice Hockey League . The league was carried out by the English Ice Hockey Association , the English association under the umbrella of the British ice hockey association Ice Hockey UK . The winner will receive the Bill Britton Memorial Trophy.

Initially, all teams played a simple round with a return leg. The four best reached the semifinals. In this final round only one game was played between the opponents. For the following season, the new highest women's ice hockey league, the Women's Elite Ice Hockey League, was introduced, for which the first five teams in the main round qualified. The other three were divided with five other teams into the Women's Premier Ice Hockey League 2015/16 .

Division I.

The Women's National Ice Hockey League is the second tier of the English women 's ice hockey league after the Premier League. Division 1 is the highest class in it. It is divided into a north and a south group. The northern group was expanded to include the team from Solway compared to the previous season and started with ten teams.

Final Four

In the final tournament, the two best of the two groups played cross-wise for victory in Division 1 and for the right of the relegation game against the last of the WPIHL. Apparently the Invicta Dynamics team has not started their games.
