Yaya Sanogo (born January 27, 1993 in Massy ) is a French football player with Ivorian roots. The striker is under contract with FC Toulouse in Ligue 1 .

Career

society

After playing for five different French clubs in five years, Sanogo joined AJ Auxerre in 2006 . There he made his professional debut in Ligue 1 on May 5, 2010 in the away game at Olympique Lyon . In 2013 he moved to Arsenal FC in the English Premier League . He made his first Champions League appearance on February 19, 2014 in the first leg of the first leg against FC Bayern Munich .

In January 2015, Arsenal FC loaned him to Crystal Palace until the end of the season . In July 2015, the Dutch club Ajax Amsterdam signed Sanogo on loan for a year. After three league appearances, he was awarded to Charlton Athletic on February 1, 2016 until the end of the 2015/16 season in the Football League Championship .

After he was only used at Arsenal's U-23 in Premier League 2 in the 2016/17 season , he switched to Toulouse FC back to Ligue 1 in summer 2017 .

National team

Sanogo went through all youth teams of the French Football Association . In 2013 he became world champion with the U-20 and was the top scorer of his team with four goals.
