Yves Grafenhorst (born March 15, 1984 in Staßfurt ) is a former German handball player .

He played from 1997 as a left winger at SC Magdeburg and made his professional debut against SG Flensburg-Handewitt in the 2002/03 season , before he played at Wacker Westeregeln. He played his first international match on March 26, 2004 against Greece in Athens . He has played 32 international matches so far, in which he scored 43 goals.

At the end of the 2016/17 season, Grafenhorst ended his career in which he scored almost 1,000 goals in almost 400 Bundesliga games. He then took over the post of assistant coach and the post of junior coordinator at SCM.
