Zhou Jihong
Zhou Jihong ( Chinese 周繼紅 / 周继红 , Pinyin Zhou Jihong * 1. January 1965 in Wuhan ) is a former Chinese water jumper . She once took part in the Olympic Games and won a gold medal.
Zhou Jihong took part in the competition from the tower at the 1982 World Swimming Championships in Guayaquil . Behind the American Wendy Wyland and the East German Ramona Wenzel she won the bronze medal. 1984, Zhou participant in the Olympic Games of Los Angeles . In the diving competition she won the gold medal with 435.51 points ahead of the two Americans Michele Mitchell (431.19 points) and Wendy Wyland (422.07 points).
