The building, anchored in the rock with steel cables for storm protection, rests on a base made of quarry stone and has had photovoltaics and solar thermal systems for several years . The hut is supplied by a Unimog and other off-road vehicles via the supply route. A plaque on the south facade has been commemorating the honorary board member of the ÖTK- Section Judenburg and "Schutzhausvater" Heinrich Schreiber since 1910 .
