course

The Zubřina rises west of Pelechy in the Všerubská vrchovina in the area of the Český les Nature Park. The brook flows in its upper reaches, initially in a westerly direction, past Šnory and turns north at the foot of the Salka (600 m nm). Then the Zubřina flows through Stará Pasečnice and Nová Pasečnice into the Zelenov Nature Park. Past Na Pohodnici, U Honesa and Na Pile, where it is bridged by the Plzeň – Furth railway in the forest , the stream reaches the Chodská pahorkatina. Its course leads over Valcha and Na Cihelně to the edge of the Zelenov Nature Park, flowing around the Na Zámku hill (578 m nm) with the Havlovice castle to the west and north. In Havlovice the Zubřina takes the northeast direction and flows through Domažlice ; to the left of the stream are the Upper Suburb ( Hořejší Předměstí ), the inner city and the Lower Suburb ( Dolejší Předměstí ), on the right bank are the Bezděkovské Předměstí and the Domažlice train station. Passing Lonských Mlýn, Staňkův Mlýn, Bořice, Vodolenka, Spálený Mlýn, Byšensko and Na Ovčíně, the stream reaches Radonice, where it heads north. Milavče , Na Brandejse, Nový Mlýn, Nahošice, Výrov and Blížejov are located along its further course . Then the Zubřina changes direction again to the northeast and flows on its lower reaches of Přívozec, Chotiměř, Osvračín , Pasecký Mlýn and Bílý Mlýn past through the Staňkovská pahorkatina. After 33.1 kilometers the Zubřina joins the Radbuza on the southwestern outskirts of Staňkov .

The railway line Plzeň - Furth im Wald follows the course of the brook between Na Pile and Staňkov; at Na Pile, Na Ovčíně and Hlohová it crosses the Zubřina.
