Dupraz was named manager of Toulouse FC in the Ligue 1.[3] on 2 March 2016 following the resignation of Dominique Arribagé. When he took over the club, it was 19th in the table 10 points adrift of safety with 10 games to go. Miraculously, he managed to keep Toulouse in Ligue 1, getting them into 17th on the 2nd last week of the season.

Toulouse drew Marsielle 1-1 away from home in Dupraz's first game in charge.[4] Dupraz led Toulouse to 5 wins, 3 draws and 2 losses to finish the 2015–16 Ligue 1 season in 17th.[5]
