Ile Marc is an uninhabited island in the territory of Nunavut in Canada . It belongs to the Bathurst Island group of the Queen Elizabeth Islands in the Arctic Ocean . It is a little more than a kilometer away from the neighboring island of Massey Island to the north and about 5.5 kilometers from Alexander Island in the east. Their area is 56 km².
Favored by its flat coasts, the island is visited seasonally by caribou , which swim the strait to Massey Island.
