After he had 106 missions for HIT Gorica in four years, he tried his luck in Belgium with KSC Lokeren from January 2000 . In the 1st division he could not gain a foothold at Lokeren and returned to Slovenia in June 2000 . Here he signed a contract with Primorje Ajdovščina for the 2000/01 season . In spring 2010 he moved to ND Triglav Kranj and celebrated the runner-up in the 2nd Slovenska Nogometna League with his club in the second half of the 2009/10 season.
