(14322) Shakura is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on December 22, 1978 by the Soviet astronomer Nikolai Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj ( IAU code 095).
The asteroid was named on July 21, 2005 after the Soviet physicist Nikolai Ivanovich Shakura (* 1945), head of the Sternberg Institute for Astronomy at Lomonosov University in Moscow .
