(85411) Paulflora is an asteroid located in the central main belt . It was discovered on November 3, 1996 by the Austrian amateur astronomer Erich Meyer at the Davidschlag observatory ( IAU code 540). The observatory is located in the Davidschlag district of the Kirchschlag municipality near Linz , Upper Austria .

The asteroid was named on July 30, 2007 after the Austrian caricaturist , graphic artist and illustrator Paul Flora (1922–2009). The Mars crater Flora, on the other hand, was named after the city of Flora (Mississippi) in 1976 .
