12. San Marine Cabinet
The 12th cabinet was made up of the Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese (PDCS) and Partito Socialista Democratico Indipendente Sammarinese (PSDIS) and ruled San Marino from September 29, 1959 to October 29, 1964. The PDCS provided six, PSDIS four ministers each .
After the parliamentary election of September 13, 1959 - the first after the clashes in Rovereta - the coalition of PDCS and PSDIS, which had ruled since 1957, received 36 out of 60 seats. This coalition continued after the 1964 general election.

Changes
Interior and Finance Minister Franciosi announced his resignation on October 1, 1960. Alvaro Casali moved into the cabinet for him on December 6, 1960, but still without departmental responsibility. Berti took over the internal finance department on October 4th 1960.
It was not until October 4, 1961 that Gian Luigi Berti took over the Ministry of the Interior. The finance department became an independent department, led by a Vice Segretario per le Finanze, Pietro Gianecchi.
In December 1961, Piva and Savoretti left the cabinet, which led to a cabinet reshuffle. Foreign Minister Bigi was given responsibility for industry. The new interior minister, Berti, was also responsible for labor, handicrafts and trade. Casali received the education and justice ministry from the resigned Piva, communication minister Pietro Reffi moved to the tourism ministry, health minister Montironi took over the communication department. Della Balda was given responsibility for social affairs. Health Minister Galassi, who was replaced on August 1, 1963 by Eusebio Reffi.
