29. San Marine Cabinet

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 29th cabinet consisted of the Partito dei Democratici (PdD), Partito Socialista Sammarinese (PSS) and Alleanza Popolare (AP) and ruled San Marino from June 25, 2002 to December 16, 2002.

It was the third cabinet since the parliamentary elections on June 10, 2001. The previous government consisting of Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese (PDCS) and PSS suffered a defeat in a vote in the Consiglio Grande e Generale after a few days in office . The PSS then formed the new government together with the PdD and AP. For the first time since 1986, the PDCS was no longer involved in government. After just three months, the government lost its parliamentary majority in September 2002 with the resignation of two PSS members and was replaced in December 2002 by a new coalition of PDCS and PSS.
