The 2002/03 season of the 2nd women's volleyball division was the twenty-seventh edition of this competition.

2nd Bundesliga North

The champions became the SCU Emlichheim, which renounced promotion. For this, the USC Braunschweig rose. The SVF Neustadt-Glewe and 1. VC Schwerte, SuS Olfen and TSV Spandau withdrew.
