The 2003/04 season of the 2nd women's volleyball division was the twenty-eighth edition of this competition.

2nd Bundesliga North

Champion became the VC Olympia Berlin, which rose to the 1st Bundesliga together with runner-up SCU Emlichheim. There was no relegation, TV Eiche Horn Bremen withdrew.
