The 1999/2000 season of the 2nd women's volleyball division was the twenty-fourth edition of this competition.

2nd Bundesliga North

The SCU Emlichheim became champions and promoted to the 1st Bundesliga . TSV Bayer Leverkusen II and FT Adler Kiel had to relegate.
