The 2. HNL 2014/15 was the 24th season of the second Croatian football league . The season started on August 17, 2014 and ended on May 30, 2015.

The league started with 12 clubs. NK Pomorac Kostrena withdrew after eleven games due to an uncertain financial situation, so that the league with the eleven remaining teams was brought to an end. The teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 30 game days had to be completed.
The first in the table rose directly, the second played against the penultimate of the 1st HNL in the relegation. The table eleven was relegated and played in the 5th division the following season at his own request.
