The 32nd congressional district of California is one of 53 congressional districts in California and covers parts of Los Angeles County's from, in particular East Los Angeles , El Monte , Monterey Park and West Covina . Since January 3, 2013, Grace Napolitano has been the elected MP for that constituency in the United States House of Representatives .
