The 33rd Congressional electoral district of California is a constituency for the United States House of Representatives in the state of California and was formed in 1963. It covers parts of Los Angeles County , especially parts of Los Angeles , Culver City and Baldwin Hills . He is currently represented in the House of Representatives by Karen Bass of the Democratic Party . The constituency is one of the safest electoral districts for the Democrats in the United States.
