Associação Desportiva do Carregado is a football club from the Portuguese municipality of Carregado near Alenquer in the Lisbon district .
The association was founded on December 6, 1950. In 2009 AD Carregado rose to the Liga de Honra (2nd division) for the first time, but was only last in the first season and was relegated straight away.
