The Burggraf section fortification , also known as Burggrafenstein or Furchste , is a defunct prehistoric or early medieval section fortification on a mountain spur that is bordered to the north by the Trubach valley near Untertrubach and west by the Großenoher valley at Dörnhof . The facility is located in the municipality of Hiltpoltstein in the Forchheim district in Bavaria .

Remains of two section walls are still preserved from the ramparts mentioned in 1417 as the Burgstall with a Torgasse on the southwest corner and probably a second one on the southeast side .
