The Postal Moschendorf denotes a Outbound medieval hilltop castle on 400  m above sea level. NHN about 50 meters east of Moschendorf , a district of the market town of Gößweinstein in the Forchheim district in Bavaria .

The lords of Rabenstein and the lords of Groß are named as owners of the castle mentioned in 1464. The castle was destroyed in 1525 during the peasant war.

Small remains of the wall and the ditch are still preserved from the former castle complex .
