Adrián López Álvarez (born January 8, 1988 in San Martín de Teverga ), called Adrián , is a Spanish football player who is under contract with CA Osasuna .
Career
societies
Adrián was once considered a great talent for the future of Spanish football. Originally from Asturias , Adrián moved to Deportivo La Coruña in 2006 , where he was regularly used. He scored his first goal in the Primera División against the Catalan top club FC Barcelona in the 2006/07 season.
In early 2008 he was loaned to the second division club Deportivo Alavés and managed to stay up with the Basques.
For the 2008/09 season Adrián López was loaned to the first division promoted FC Málaga .
For the 2011/12 season Adrián moved to Atlético Madrid on a free transfer . There he won the UEFA Europa League in 2012 .
On July 12, 2014, FC Porto announced the signing of Adrián.
At the beginning of the 2015/2016 season, he was awarded by FC Porto to FC Villarreal for a year .
National team
At the U20 World Cup in Canada in 2007 he was only able to reach the quarter-finals with Spain, he received the Silver Ball as the second top scorer in the World Cup with five goals. At the U-21 European Championship in 2011, he won the title with Spain and was the tournament's top scorer. He scored five goals in five games, including the late equalizer in the semi-finals against Belarus, which saved Spain in extra time and then moved into the final.
