Muizat Ajoke Odumosu (born October 27, 1987 in Lagos ) is a Nigerian hurdler who specializes in the 400 meter distance . Because of her sprint strength , she also starts in the 400-meter run and in the 4-by-400-meter relay .

In 2007 she won bronze at the Pan-African Games in Algiers , but retired from the World Athletics Championships in Osaka in the preliminary stages. The following year, she won the 400 m hurdles at the African Championships in Addis Ababa . At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, he reached the semifinals over 400 m and came in seventh place with the Nigerian 4-by-400-meter relay.

In 2009 she was eliminated from the 400 m hurdles in the semifinals at the World Championships in Berlin and took sixth place with the Nigerian relay. The following year she won silver over 400 m hurdles and gold in the relay at the 2010 African Championships in Nairobi. A second place at the Continental Cup in Split was followed by victory at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi .

In 2011 she reached the semi-finals at the World Championships in Daegu over 400 m hurdles and was seventh in the season. Then she won the Pan-African Games in Maputo .

In 2012 she won the African Championships in Porto Novo and was eighth at the Olympic Games in London . At the 2013 World Cup in Moscow, she was disqualified in advance due to a false start.
