The FC Alaschkert Martuni ( Armenian Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ "Ալաշկերտ" Մարտունի , Futbolajin Akumb Alaschkert Martuni, English Alashkert FC ) is an Armenian football club from Martuni . The club currently plays in the highest Armenian league, the Bardsragujn chumb .
history
The FC Alaschkert was founded in 1990 and played 1992 in the Armenian Bardsragujn chumb . The team finished last and had to relegate. Thereupon they withdrew from gaming operations and dissolved.
In December 2011 the association was re-established by Bagrat Nawojan. He is the president of the association and managing director of a travel agency. In 2012, the club was represented in the second highest league . In this transition season from the calendar year to August-May, Alaschkert finished the season deliberately and rose to the Bardsragujn chumb.
On the last day of the 2014/15 season , fourth place secured qualification for the Europa League .
Stadion
The club plays its home games in the Alaschkert Stadium, which was bought and renovated by President Bagrat Nawojan in 2013. It was given a new lawn that meets international standards. Until 2013 the stadium was called "Nairi".
