Albert Lovejoy Gutterson (born August 23, 1887 in Andover (Vermont) , † April 6, 1965 in Burlington (Vermont) ) was an American athlete . With a height of 1.85 m, his competition weight was 81 kg.

At the Olympic Games in 1912 , Albert Gutterson won the long jump with an Olympic record of 7.60 m, he had a lead of 39 centimeters over the Canadian Calvin Bricker , who came in second. Gutterson missed the world record set by Irishman Peter O'Connor since 1900 by just one centimeter.

After completing his engineering degree, Gutterson ran his own tool factory.
