Jeffrey "Jeff" Henderson (born February 19, 1989 in McAlmont , Arkansas ) is an American long jumper .

At the World Indoor Championships in 2010 in Doha and 2014 in Sopot , he was eliminated from the qualification.

In 2015 he won the Pan American Games in Toronto . The following year he was at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with 8.38 m Olympic champion.

He won the silver medal at the 2019 World Championships in Doha .
