Albert Heising
Albert Anton Friedrich Heising (born December 17, 1857 in Rheda ; † March 15, 1929 in Bonn ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator .
Life
Born as the son of a factory owner, Heising studied law in Bonn. During his studies in 1875 he became a member of the fraternity of the North German Bonn . After his exams and his time as a government assessor in Arnsberg , he became provisional district administrator in 1889 and final district administrator in the Ahrweiler district in 1890 . In 1909 he became a secret councilor . In 1923 he was expelled by the French and retired.
