Peter Joseph Schraut

Peter Joseph Schraut (born November 2, 1791 in Worms , † January 18, 1854 in Bad Bodendorf ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer and district administrator in the district of Ahrweiler (1841 / 42-1849).

Life

Peter Joseph Schraut was the son of a lawyer and president of the civil tribunal in Speyer , Carl Hartmann Schraut and his wife Maria Catharina, née Burkhard. He attended grammar school in Koblenz and the lyceum in Metz . In 1809 he began studying law at the Koblenz School of Law and also studied in Heidelberg . From 1814 he was employed as a trainee lawyer in Trier and Koblenz. From 1841 / 42–49 Schraut served as district administrator in Ahrweiler . Schraut was retired in 1849 for disciplinary reasons .

He was married to Anna Maria Pfinder (born June 10, 1803 in Luxembourg ), daughter of the trader Johann Peter Pfinder and his wife Maria, née Clemens, since July 25, 1822 .
