At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in Zakopane in 2008 he only started in team jumping and ended up with his teammates in 11th place.

In January 2010 Sardyko managed to jump into the top 10 twice in the FIS Cup. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2010 in Hinterzarten , Sardyko landed on 56th place in the individual competition and eighth place with the team. A week later he started in Zakopane for the first time in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . Despite missing points, he remained in the B-team. At the Russian Championships 2010 Sardyko won his first national title on the normal hill.

In summer 2010 he won Continental Cup points for the first time in Almaty, Kazakhstan . Also at the beginning of the 2010/11 season he managed to win points in Rovaniemi . After he was able to win more points by the end of the season, he finished 115th overall at the end of the season. At the Russian Championships 2011, Sardyko won his second national title on the normal hill.

At the Winter Universiade 2011 in Erzurum he reached 21st place in the individual on the normal hill and 15th on the large hill. At the two individual ski flying World Cups on the Kulm in January 2012, he clearly missed the second round and thus the points. He then started again in the Continental Cup in Bischofshofen and achieved very good top 20 placements. Back in the World Cup squad, he achieved the qualification for the individual jumping in Val di Fiemme with a good performance . However, in 49th place after the first round he was again unable to jump for World Cup points. In Willingen he achieved tenth place with the team in the 2012 FIS Team Tour . Also in the Ski Flying Team World Cup a little later, the team was able to present itself as eighth with good performances. In Lahti he missed the points at the individual World Cup as 31st by just one place.

From June 2012 he started at the Summer Continental Cup and proved his good form with fifth place in the second competition in Stams . As a result, he jumped into the points in all competitions , with the exception of the jumping in Sochi . In August, Sardyko first came to the Ski Jumping Grand Prix as part of the team at the team competition in Hinterzarten. The team reached the 12th place.

After he failed in qualification at the beginning of the 2012/13 World Cup season in Sochi, he was transferred back to the Continental Cup and thus to the B-squad. In January 2013 he came back to the World Cup with ski flying in Vikersund . However, he still did not get any points.

In March 2013 Sardyko made it onto the continental cup podium for the first time in Nizhny Tagil, second behind the Slovenian Rok Justin . In the summer he jumped firmly in the ski jumping Grand Prix , but could not prevail again in the first team.
