Alice Playten

Alice Playten (born August 28, 1947 as Alice Plotkin in New York City , New York , † June 25, 2011 there ) was an American actress and singer .

Life

Playten, born Alice Plotkin in New York City in 1947, made her debut on Broadway in 1959 and was there in the musicals Gypsy , Oliver! and Hello, Dolly! to see. She starred in the 1985 film Legend, directed by Ridley Scott . On television, she made guest appearances on the series Frasier and Law & Order .
