District court Rüsselsheim

The District Court of Rüsselsheim (AG Rüsselsheim) is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Rüsselsheim am Main in the Groß-Gerau district .

The seat of the court is in Rüsselsheim at Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße 45. The judicial district of the district court Rüsselsheim includes the cities of Kelsterbach , Raunheim and Rüsselsheim am Main (each including all districts). They are all in the Groß-Gerau district.

history

With effect from October 1, 1956, the Rüsselsheim branch of the Groß-Gerau district court was created for the municipalities of Raunheim and Rüsselsheim, which was converted into a full court on June 1, 1976 and expanded to include the municipality of Kelsterbach, which was previously part of the Frankfurt am Main district court .

The Darmstadt Regional Court is superordinate to the Rüsselsheim District Court . The higher regional court of Frankfurt am Main and the Federal Court of Justice are superordinate in the next instance .
