Wald-Michelbach District Court
The district court of Wald-Michelbach (until 1879 district court of Waldmichelbach ) was a Hessian court of ordinary jurisdiction from 1853 to 1968 with its seat in Wald-Michelbach .
history
On June 1, 1853, at the instigation of the Grand Ducal Ministry of Justice, the Waldmichelbach Regional Court was established in the Starkenburg Province , whose district initially consisted of Waldmichelbach, Affolterbach , Aschbach , Buchklingen , Corsica , Dürrellenbach , Flockenbach , Gadern , Gorxheim , Grasellenbach , Hartenrod , Kocherbach , Kreidach , Kunzenbach , Löhrbach , Ludwigsdorf , Mackenheim , Oberabtsteinach , Obermumbach , Oberscharbach , Oberschönmattenwaag , Raubach , Schönbrunn , Siedelsbrunn , Trösel , Unterabtsteinach , Unterscharbach , Unterschönmattenwaag , Vöckelsbach and Wahlen . On October 15, 1853, Raubach was again separated from the Waldmichelbach district court and assigned to the district of the Beerfelden district court . With effect from October 1, 1879, due to the Courts Constitution Act, it was renamed the District Court of Wald-Michelbach and assigned to the district of the Regional Court of Darmstadt .
After the district court of Wald-Michelbach had already been downgraded to a branch of the district court of Fürth in 1943 , this court was finally dissolved on July 1, 1968 and incorporated into the district court district of Fürth. The Wald-Michelbach police station was later located in the building on the corner of Ludwigstrasse and Eichendorffstrasse, and today there is a bus station there.
