And the Show Goes On is an Indian documentary by Mrinal Sen from 1996. The film was made as part of the 18-part series "The Century of Cinema" produced by the British Film Institute with support from the Indian National Film Development Corporation . It premiered at the 1996 Venice Film Festival .

Without arriving at a clear and unambiguous answer, the film reflects the views of the interviewees and Mrinal Sens.
