Andreas Bieber

Andreas Bieber (born December 22, 1966 in Mainz ) is a German actor and musical artist .

Life

After his first stage experience in school and some roles in the Unterhaus Theater in Mainz , Bieber completed his training in acting and singing at the Theater an der Wien after graduating from high school . He got his first engagement in Vienna at the Ronacher in the Wiener Cats production. He remained loyal to Vienna, as Crown Prince Rudolf in the world premiere of Elisabeth at the Theater an der Wien, as Danny in Grease and as Victor in Barbarella at the Raimund Theater . As Hedwig in Hedwig and the Angry Inch , Bieber managed a multi-layered portrait of a cross-border commuter in the Vienna Metropol . In 2017 he was at Studio Lev Kassel e. V. again on stage in this role.

From June 2008 to February 2009 he played the role of Leo Bloom in The Producers at the newly opened Ronacher in Vienna. From May to June 2009 the production could also be seen in the Admiralspalast in Berlin . From March 2010 to June 2012 he sang and played the role of Fred Hoffmann in the Udo Jürgens hit musical I've never been to New York at the Raimund Theater in Vienna ; In 2015 he played in this musical at the Theater des Westens in Berlin. In December 2014 he appeared in the two-person musical The Story of My Life in Vienna.

In the 2016/17 season he played Axel in Axel at the Himmelstür at the Vienna Volksoper , of which ORF also broadcast a television recording. Further performances followed in January 2018 and are planned for the 2018/19 season.

Bieber is also successful in Germany. He was the original actor of Joseph in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in the Colosseum in Essen , and reached number 1 in the hit parade with his song As seduced by the dream . He continued to work as a magician in Peter Maffay's Tabaluga and Lilli in Oberhausen as James Dean in The Legend of Jimmy in Essen, as Tommy at the Dortmund Opera House or as Euphorion in Faust II at the Bad Hersfeld Festival .

In Berlin Renaissance Theater he appeared in December 2012 in the revue I do not know who I belong with lyrics and songs by Goethe , Schiller , Friedrich Hollaender , Stephen Trask and Kander & Ebb on. There Bieber can also be seen in 2018 as Leopold in the Singspiel Im Weisse Rössl .

Bieber was not only seen in the theater, but also on television as Philipp in Marienhof . Also in the cinema as Hans, in a comedic film adaptation of Grimm's fairy tale about Hans im Glück or as Lucien in the filmed drama The Dead Body of the Living by Peter Kern .
