Anka Baier
Anka Baier , married love , (born June 23, 1966 in Dresden ) is a German actress .
Life
Anka Baier first graduated from the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden from 1985 to 1987 , after which she studied from 1987 to 1991 at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . At the beginning of the 1990s she was involved in the construction of the Jena theater , and in 1993 Baier founded the Schaubühne Lindenfels in the west of Leipzig together with René Reinhardt . There she acted and directed for about ten years.
In 2003, Baier began training as a homeopath and alternative practitioner , a profession that she still practices today. After their marriage in 2008, she moved to Berlin and ran a practice for homeopathy and fascia therapy with her husband, and their daughter was born in 2009. The family moved back to Leipzig in the mid-2010s. Since 2016, Baier has been working occasionally as an actress at the Schaubühne.
Since 1993 Anka Baier has also worked extensively in front of the camera, especially as a series actress. In several rows she embodied recurring characters, for example in the city clinic , at Schloss Einstein or in the doctor series gynecologist Dr. Markus Merthin at the side of Sascha Hehn as the title character.
