Until 2010, Picon mainly took part in the Alpine Cup, which she won in 2010 . She completed her first World Cup race in February 2008 in Liberec , which she finished with 60th place in the 7.6 km freestyle. She got her first World Cup points in the 2008/09 season at the World Cup finals in Falun . In 2009 she won the 42 km freestyle at the Marathon de Bessans . In 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 she won the 42 km freestyle at La Foulée Blanche . In the 2011/12 season she was able to achieve her best individual World Cup result so far in Davos with eighth place in the 15 km freestyle. The Tour de Ski 2011/12 she finished in 20th place. At the French cross-country skiing championship in 2012 in Bessans , she won two golds and one silver. Her best placings at the Nordic World Ski Championships 2013 in Val di Fiemme were 18th place over 10 km freestyle and he 6th place with the relay. She reached 23rd place in the Tour de Ski 2013/14 . Her best results at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi were 17th in the 30 km mass start race and fourth in the relay. She finished the 2013/14 World Cup season in 34th place in the overall World Cup ranking. At the French cross-country skiing championship in 2014 in Prémanon , she won gold in the 7.5 km mass start race. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun in 2015 , she finished 26th in the skiathlon, eighth in the relay and fifth in the 10 km freestyle. After placing three and one at the start of the 2015/16 season at the Alpencup in Hochfilzen , she came in 29th at the 2016 Tour de Ski . In March 2016, as in 2012 and 2015, she won the Engadin Skimarathon . In January 2018 she won the Marathon de Bessans. The following month she ran at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang on 35th place over 10 km freestyle, on 13th place in skiathlon and on 12th place with the relay.
