The Anton Rumpler OHG was an Austrian distributor of automobiles , farm equipment and temporary automobile manufacturers.
Company history
Anton Rumpler and Leopoldine Ringer founded the company in Vienna on February 16, 1919 to deal in automobiles and agricultural equipment. On January 21, 1921, Anton Rumpler became the sole owner. In the same year the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Ru-An , short for Ru mpler At ton. Production ended in 1922. On August 31, 1941, the company was dissolved.

The only 3/10 hp model was a cycle car . A two-cylinder engine with 998 cm³ displacement provided the drive . The vehicle offered space for two people.
motor race
On July 19, 1921, Anton Rumpler achieved a class victory in one of his vehicles at the Riederberg race. Also on July 31, 1921, a Ru-An won the Cobenzl race.
