Company history

The company was founded on September 3, 1920 in Vienna . The aim was the production of engines , bodies , radiators , machines and metal goods. In 1922 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Fuchs . Automobile production ended in 1925. In 1926 the company was dissolved.

The 5/15 hp model was a small car. A four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1180 cm³ and an output of 15 hp provided the drive . The open bodies offered space for two to three people, according to another source, the driver and two passengers behind. From 1924 the engine output was 20 hp. In the same year, the production of delivery vans with a payload of 600 kg began .

motor race

General director Hans Fuchs took part in the Riederberg race on June 11, 1922 with a vehicle from his company. A Fuchs car also took part in the Riederberg race in 1923. The works drivers Littmann and Teutscher also started in numerous other car races.
