In April 1937 the piano manufacturer Edmund Luner sen. the holdings of the Gloriette-Werke were taken over. Development and production were relocated to Atzgersdorf and the brand name was changed from Gloriette to Gloria .

At the beginning of 1938 the further developed small car came onto the market. Shortly before, the highest number of points had been achieved in two competition drives. Due to the changed political conditions after the annexation of Austria to the German Reich , production had to be stopped again after a short time and only a few copies produced.
