Company history
The Vienna-based company began producing automobiles in autumn 1921. The brand name was Herz & Schröter . Production ended in 1922. Another source gives the end of production in 1929.

The only model was a small car. An air-cooled two - cylinder four-stroke engine with 3 control horsepower provided the drive . The transmission had four gears plus reverse. The open body offered space for two people and had a convertible top.
