Arjan Haenen (born July 12, 1987 in Deurne ) is a former Dutch handball player .

Career

Arjan Haenen played in the Netherlands for Bevo HC Panningen, with whom he took part in the EHF Cup and the European Cup Winners' Cup. In 2009, the 1.80 meter right winger moved to Germany to HSG Handball Lemgo, a syndicate of TBV Lemgo and TV Lemgo , for which he played in the regional handball league and the 3rd league . Since the 2012/13 season he was part of the Bundesliga squad of TBV Lemgo. In the summer of 2016 he moved to the first division club MT Melsungen . He has been working as an assistant trainer in Melsungen since the 2018/19 season.

Haenen played for the Dutch national team .
