Armando Ruinelli

Armando Ruinelli (* 1954 in Soglio GR ) is a Swiss architect .

Life

Armando Ruinelli completed a four-year structural drafting apprenticeship in Zurich in 1974 . There followed two years as a structural draftsman. In 1982 Ruinelli founded his own office in his hometown of Soglio . In 1995 he became a member of the Swiss Werkbund. In 2000 the name of the architecture office changed to "Ruinelli Associati Architetti SIA" together with partner Fernando Giovanoli .

Teaching activities and design advisory boards

From 1995 to 2008 Ruinelli was architectural consultant for the municipality of Bondo . In 2008 he held a visiting professorship for design at the FH Biberach an der Riss . From 2011 to 2012 Armando Ruinelli had a teaching position in the master’s course at the FH Kaiserslautern . Since 2013 he has been a member of the Tyrolean design advisory board for architecture . In 2015 he was a lecturer at the HTW in Chur .

Memberships

In 2008 Ruinelli was appointed to the Association of Swiss Architects . Since 2011 he has been a member of the board of directors of the Bündner Kunstverein .
