Astra 1F is a decommissioned television satellite . The satellite operator was SES-Astra , based in Betzdorf in Luxembourg . Astra 1F was launched into space from the Baikonur spaceport in Kazakhstan in 1996 . It was initially at 19.2 ° East with a radiation area over Europe, later (2012) at 55 ° East . In 2015 he was moved to a cemetery orbit.
