Bílé Vchynice (German Chinitz , also White Chinitz ) is a district of the municipality of Kladruby nad Labem in the Czech Republic . It is located seven kilometers south of Chlumec nad Cidlinou and belongs to the Okres Pardubice .

The village of Bílé Vchynice, surrounded by extensive forests, is located to the left of the Vchynická svodnice trench in the Středolabské tabule (table land on the middle Elbe ). To the north of the village the Pardubický , Královéhradecký and Středočeský kraj meet. In the north-west rises the Na Jívě (248 m nm).

Neighboring towns are Hradišťko II, Loukonosy, Levin , Olešnice and Pamětník in the north, Chárovna, Štít and Klamoš in the Northeast, Újezd u Přelouče , Bukovina and Komárov in the east, Kolesa , Chaloupky and Kladruby nad Labem in the southeast, Tetov and Hlavečník in the south, Uhlířská Lhota in the southwest, Rasochy and Radovesnice II in the west and Rozehnaly and Kundratice in the northwest.

In the place of the village, the Rutwas pond with an area of ​​800 square fathoms extended into the second half of the 18th century .

In the course of the raabization , the owner of the Fideikommissherrschaft Chlumetz , Franz Ferdinand Graf Kinsky von Wchinitz and Tettau, had the village of Weisz-Chinitz built on the drained and emphyteutized grounds in 1788 . It was named in memory of the place of origin of the family, Vchynice . Also Tettau and Kolesa were established at that time. In 1790 the street village Weisz-Chinitz consisted of 30 houses.

In 1833 the village of Chinitz , also called Weiß-Chinitz , in the Bidschower district , consisted of 32 houses in which 242 people lived. The parish was Žiželitz . From 1847 the village was called Wchynice or Weiss Chynitz . Until the middle of the 19th century Wchynice remained subject to the Fideikommissherrschaft Chlumetz.

After the abolition of patrimonial Bílé Vchynice formed from 1849 a district of the Kundratice municipality in the Chlumetz judicial district . From 1868 the village belonged to the Neubydžow district . In 1869 Bílé Vchynice had 213 inhabitants and consisted of 34 houses. At the end of the 19th century the place names Chynice or Rutvasy were used alternatively , at the beginning of the 20th century the village was called Chynice , Bílé Vchýnice or Rutvasy . In 1900 lived 271 people in Bílé Vchynice, in 1910 there were 303. In 1921 Bílé Vchýnice was established as the official place name. In 1930 Bílé Vchýnice had 281 inhabitants and consisted of 56 houses. In 1949 the village was assigned to the Okres Přelouč. In 1950 Bílé Vchýnice broke away from Kundratice and formed its own municipality. Since 1960 Bílé Vchýnice has belonged to the Okres Pardubice . On July 1, 1985 it was incorporated into Kladruby nad Labem . In the 2001 census, 104 people lived in the 57 houses in the village.
